About Max for Kids

The company started January 2006 by Jonas Pilhage and his wife Helene selling only underwear but in 2008 Helene saw a gap missing in the market for kids clothes. Unisex clothes are very popular in Scandinavia but so far not many designers make them here in Australia.

Max for Kids is a unique unisex range from newborn to 6 years. The range is very Scandinavian inspired – bright funky colours, which fit both girls and boys. Helene spends a lot of hours just to make sure that the quality of fabric is great – all in 100% cotton. Many of the stripy garments are yarned dyed not printed to make sure the ultimate comfort for the kids. You can wash and wash the clothes without loosing its colours and shape.
